Exchange and Return Policy

The exchange and return of goods are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

The customer has the right to exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, not including the day of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange and Return of Goods of Proper Quality

Exchange or return of goods is possible provided that:

  • the product has not been used and shows no signs of use;

  • the original appearance and consumer properties are preserved;

  • the original packaging, seals, labels, and full комплектation are preserved;

  • a document confirming the purchase is available (receipt, invoice, etc.).

If the product does not meet the above conditions, the seller has the right to refuse an exchange or return.

Procedure for Exchange or Return

To request an exchange or return, the customer must:

  1. Contact the seller or customer support service.

  2. Provide the order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Agree on the method of returning the product to the seller.

  4. Return the product in full комплектation along with the document confirming the purchase.

After receiving the product, the seller will check its condition and compliance with the return requirements.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the seller has received and inspected the returned product.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase or another agreed method.

The refund processing period is up to 7 banking days from the moment the return is confirmed.

Return of Defective Goods

If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is detected in the purchased product, the customer has the right to:

  • request free repair of the defect;

  • request a replacement of the product;

  • return the product and receive a full refund.

In such cases, the product may be transferred to an authorized service center for diagnostic inspection.

Goods Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

According to Ukrainian legislation, exchange or return is not possible in the following cases:

  • the product shows signs of use or mechanical damage;

  • the original packaging, labels, or components are missing;

  • the damage occurred due to the customer after the product was received;

  • the product belongs to the categories that are not subject to exchange or return according to Ukrainian legislation.
